It´s time for an update again, it´s been a while. Unfortunatly the photos appear in the wrong time order and I´m too lazy to change them... Last weekend we stayed with Becky and the boys. Again, it rained (the same as when they came to Hawks Nest for a weekend) so we stayed inside and played playstation. The boys couldn´t get enough singing and playing the drums and the guitar.

I´ve been told that we are really lucky to have seen one of these in the garden... no not the bare bum in the middle of the picture, that´s just Johan...
Apparently the yellow tailed black cockatoo is a very rare sight, and mostly they are seen high up in the trees. But this day they came all the way down to the drinking bowl, just outside the kitchen window. This is a male cockatoo and it measures between 55-65 cm so it´s a big bird.
We´ve also seen the Redback spider in the garden, hidden away inside a pot. This one was only small but the big Redbacks can do some damage to you.
Johan out for a ride in farfars car, they just came back from a trip around the block.
