Day 1 (ish)

So, we made it down under. It was a long long flight but the airline was fantastic and since each flight wasn't fully booked we were moved into some spare seats. This gave Johan a little extra sleeping room and more importantly gave us a little more lap space.

We were met at the airport by my family including Johan's little cousins. Everyone was tired so it wasn't until we joined again at becky's new house that we woke up. The boys in particular instantly bonded and Johan was full of little joy 'screams'

Anyway, here are some pics, we can fill out some 'interesting' details later.

The first leg of the trip, a short 2 hour flight with no extra seats, but Johan slept most of the time.
Still the first leg, johans up and trying to escape.

Landed in Frankfurt, quick burger king dinner and then we found a nice quiet corner of the airport where Johan was let free to roam, and roam he did.

Landed after the 2nd leg of the trip, 6 hours, no photos of the plane but it was one of the best we have flown on. We also had 2 extra seats giving us 4 seats in a row and johan did some good sleeping. photo of Elin in Abu Dhabi
The 3rd and last leg of the flight, a grueling 14 hour flight only helped by an extra 2 seats again, row of 4. Some photos of johan.

Greeted by the australian clan, everyone is there and waiting.
