I will tell you what it´s like to (for the moment) be a stay at home mom. You try your hardest to do only what´s best for your child. Because that´s obviously what you want for him.
Johan is growing fast and now need solid food a few times a day and I decided that I don´t want to spend ALL my time in the kitchen (there are more fun things to do, trust me...). I therefor cook once a week and put it in the freezer so I can just take out what´s needed for every specific day.
It looks pretty good, doesn´t it? Carrots, peas, salmon, potatoes, chicken and broccoli.
We´ve had no problems before getting him to eat food. Until now...
So, after a few days of trying, I gave up and yesterday I went to the shop and bought baby food on a jar... He loved it, couldn´t get enough.
Not happy Johan, not happy. (Well, happy that he finaly ate, but a bit offended that he didn´t want MY home cooked food;) )

Don't give up on good home cooked food. As he is part Aussie he probably wants tomato sauce on everything. Your cooking looks great keep trying it is much better than bought baby mush.
Alex was the same. I ended up with a freezer full of cubes of homemade food he wouldn't eat but he loved the bought jars.
Try saving the empty jars and putting your homemade food in it and feeding him straight from the jar. It's a trick that worked for Alex.
