I took some photos of the area a while ago. It´s crazy with all the construction work and everyday there is something new going on, they´ve changed the walkway or the roads. Getting in to Sundbyberg takes twice as long now. And it´s gotten even worse after these pictures were taken because you now have to keep crossing the street at several places instead of just walking on the same side to for example the train station.
This is not good for us if we want to sell our apartment. We can only hope that who ever is coming to have a look will see the potential in the area. It will be really nice in about two years time with new houses and the tram going through.





The picture below showes the new white apartments opposite Lotta and Fredrik. They are completed now and they´ve also built a nice walkway and jetty along the river.
