First Snow

Hey,

So, last week, I was thinking about making a post about Sweden's beautiful, but cold, Autumn. I went out for a walk, found a nice spot which I thought highlighted the lovely colours etc etc. I took some pics but a bunch of other stuff happened and I never got around to making post.

Now I am forced to make the Blog post because it looks like Autumn is over already.

Last night we had our first snow!

So here the Autumn pic I had ready:
I really like this one; it actually took two days to get. The first day it was all wet and post rainy so I had to go back the next day for a dry sunny shot. I liked this spot, it was only a short walk past the shops.

And this is what we had to wake up to. There was the usual rumour last night, "ow it’s going to snow tonight blah blah". Apparently the weather man predicted this huge storm would bring the first snow.

I'm not too sure about the Swedish weather men. They don't have the confidence to predict the exact temperature instead they do the "today it’s going to be partly cloudy with 10-15 degrees". Which I think is a big difference, if its going to be 10c then I need my big coat but if its going to be 15c then I only need my windy coat, not happy Jan.

But when it comes to the first snow, the weather men are all over it like a fat kids on a smartie. They can predict the first snow to the minute.

There was actually a bit more snow but by the time I decided to take the pic, many hours later, most of it had gone.

Good update but snow in November, you can keep it. Last three days here 32degrees too hot too soon and we have been promised rain for some days but not a drop. we have the same weather men in Oz.
